Athletics Video Creative Services Editor

The Texas State athletics video and marketing team is looking for a video editor to join our creative content group. This individual would be responsible for helping create content for social media platforms, in-game presentation, broadcast coverage, and other departmental uses. Game highlights, features, hype videos, and other content on Texas State athletic programs and their athletes would be just some of the examples of what this candidate would be working on. This position would also shoot specialty shoots at events and with athletes and teams.

An ideal candidate will have experience working on deadline and with non-linear editing systems. Experience with the Adobe suite of Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere would be preferred. Any experience with filming would also be ideal, especially with DSLR cameras. Examples of editing and or filming work will be required in order to be considered for this role. Potential internships are available.

• Employee evaluation process - Supervisor will perform routine evaluations of performance
• Payrate Determination - Starting pay $7.25 - $10 with potential increase after performance evaluation
