 Our mission? To help kids and adults stay active, gain confidence, and develop a “never give up” attitude. Our summer camp is an amazing opportunity for kids to grow their strength, skill and confidence. 

Camp Counselors work within the obstacle arena providing a fun and exciting camp experience for all participants. They assist in facilitating games, challenges and open gym for all Ninja Camp participants. They also assist with running field trips that come to Ninja Nation for a best-in-class experience!

Our Camp Counselors and Arena Hosts are key contributors to the culture of our arena, responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for each ninja participant.

What You’ll Do as an Arena Host

• Lead groups of kids (mostly ages 5-12) through our Ninja obstacle course.
• Keep the energy high while ensuring a safe, exciting environment for everyone.
• Spot and encourage kids as they tackle obstacles—help them build confidence!
• Host birthday parties & events, bringing the fun while keeping everything organized. (Plus earn tips!)
• Maintain the arena, keeping equipment clean and safe for play.
• Assisting in setting up games and challenges for all Ninja Camp Participants
• Assisting in running field trips of various sizes

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Positive & Outgoing – You bring the energy and make every kid feel like a Ninja star!
🔹 Active & Engaged – This role is hands-on, literally! You’ll be moving, spotting, and encouraging kids.
🔹 Great with Kids – Patience and enthusiasm go a long way when working with excited ninjas-in-training. 

🔹 Head on a swivel – Ability to Multitask and supervise multiple children at once
🔹 Team Player – Work closely with other Arena Hosts and staff to make every event run smoothly.
🔹 Reliable – The team and our campers depend on our counselors to be on time and engaged for their shifts.

✔️ Have experience as a camp counselor, working with kids, and in sports and fitness.
