Student Associate

The McCoy Student Success Center is a newly opened office in the McCoy College of Business. Located on the first floor of the building, the center creates and cultivates opportunities for undergraduate students to create a roadmap to advance their academic, professional, and personal development with career-readiness in mind. 

The McCoy Student Success Center is part of the Dean’s suits and interacts and engages with staff.

The Student Success Center is a professional office and enforces a dress code for student workers which consists of a polo shirt and pants without holes or tears. Shorts and hats are not allowed. Students should be well-groomed when reporting to work.

Work-study is preferred but not required.

Employee evaluation process

Student Associates will be evaluated on a semester bases with bi-monthly meetings 

Payrate Determination: 

The pay rate does not vary for the position based on prior experience, specific skill set, or certifications. Increase in pay rates are subject to the yearly Student Success Center funding.
