Front Desk Attendant
This job is for the Spring 2025 semester.
Basic Duties:
- Serve patrons by greeting them, answering questions, and providing information about the facility and the programs we offer.
- Assist with maintaining the front desk entrance area, managing equipment check outs, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the facility.
- Handle membership and facility reservation requests, process payments and assist with maintaining records and logs of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Assist with monitoring the facility for safety, responding to emergencies and enforcing policies and procedures to patrons.
- Aid in event set up and tear down
Minimum Qualifications:
- Student employees must maintain enrollment for at least six semester credit hours in the spring semester unless the student is in the last semester of enrollment prior to graduation. Course enrollment during the summer is not necessary.
- Minimum 2.0 GPA
- First Aid, CPR & AED certified within 2 weeks of being hired.

- Maintain patience and professionalism with patrons when frustrated or under pressure.
- Ability to learn, understand, and educate patrons on the services and programs that we offer.

Direct Supervisor - Coordinator of Facility Operations and Events
Pay Determination - $10.00 USD per hour
Employee Evaluations will occur each semester and will be based on NACE Competencies and Job Specific growth and development
