What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As a Training and Talent Development Intern, you will support the design and implementation of innovative talent development strategies that help associates grow in their careers. You'll have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals, contributing to the development of impactful programs and initiatives that transform individuals and teams. Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eager to learn and get hands-on experience with tools such as ASANA, Canva, or other workplace technologies.
• Exposure to creating or assisting with learning and leadership development programs, either through coursework, internships, or student organizations.
• Experience with graphic design, instructional design, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of visual communication and content creation.
• A strong interest in HR functions, employee training, or talent development. 
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized manner.
