BUSINESS OPERATIONS & TRAVEL ASSISTANT
The Athletics Business Office is looking for an individual that can assist with basic day-to-day operations and travel management tasks. This position plays an intricate role in Texas State Athletics and is charged with the review and proofing of purchasing documents, organizing and reconciliation of Athletics travel, and additional tasks as assigned. This is a great chance to gain experience for anyone who is looking to enter the field of Sports Administration/Management at the Collegiate or Professional level. This position is under the direct Supervision of the Athletic Department Travel Coordinator & Business Manager.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION PROCESS:
Student employees will be evaluated by direct supervisors at the end of each long semester (fall/spring) based on overall performance, growth, and ability to work within the department student staff team.
PAYRATE DETERMINATION:
All student employees begin at the starting pay rate of $8 an hour and may increase based on merit and with consecutive positive evaluations from their direct supervisors
