InnoTech Summer Undergraduate Internship 2025 – Pharmacy Services – Digital Product

Position Summary
This program is an 11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.
The summer internship program is from May 28 – August 8, 2025.
CVS Health follows a 3 day in office (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
Our office locations for this role are Scottsdale, AZ or Hartford, CT. A housing stipend may be provided, based on eligibility, and interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired. The hourly rate is $23.00 per hour, with 40 hours per week, July 4th off (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Please disregard the range listed below.

About the Business Area
CVS Health Digital Pharmacy Services Product team is responsible to lead the strategy and development of best in-class member experience for our pharmacy benefit manager members and clients. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the team to shape our short and long-term strategy and transformation of our digital pharmacy benefit manager services.
What you will do
- Help develop product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, IT, Design, Marketing teams
- Help maintain the product backlog that facilities development to support the overall strategy roadmap
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and key trends
- Support executive presentations and lead cross-functional team discussions
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Required Qualifications
- Meet Education Requirements (see Education section)
- Interest in pharmacy benefit manager/healthcare industry
- Ability to prioritize and excel in a high-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues across all levels
Preferred Qualifications
• Leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, sports, or work-related projects)
• Experience leading a project at school or work
• Internship or work experience in a related field
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
• Previous experience in pharmacy benefit manager/healthcare industry and Product Management
• Experience formulating comprehensive Product Strategy and Roadmap
Education
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Preferred majors include Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics
