Business Affairs Graduate Intern, Summer 2025
Job Summary:
We are looking for a collaborative and creative team player who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, and passion for great storytelling and filmmaking that define Lucasfilm.
This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work 2-3 days onsite at a Company designated location and occasionally from home.
What You’ll Do
Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal contracts and documents
Routes and tracks a variety of documents for internal review and approval
Assist in review of clearance materials
Legal research projects
Maintain filing system
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal skills required
Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
Must be a team player, but also able to work independently
Demonstrate a high degree of discretion in regards to sensitive and/or confidential information
Successful completion of first year of law school and must be currently enrolled as a law student in an ABA accredited law school
Completion of contracts coursework
Completion of an entertainment, copyright and/or intellectual property class is preferred
Previous work experience in the entertainment industry, and basic knowledge of copyright law preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
The approximate dates of this internship are early June 2025- August 2025
Must provide own housing and reliable transportation during the internship in the San Francisco, CA area
The pay rate for this role in San Francisco, CA, is $41.40 per hour.
