  • Assisting in Research IT Helpdesk, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring staff members at Division of Research receive timely and effective IT hardware and software support
  • Assisting in Website management, proofreading before and after content updates
  • Assisting in IT equipment and software platform setting up for workshops and conferences
  • Participating in user support and solutions for research software system management
  • Other dues as assigned
