About the Team
At Workday, our Customer Experience Center exists for the purpose of showcasing our company, our talent, and our technology to prospects, existing customers, and business partners. We host leaders from these highly valued accounts to collaborate on a partnership for the future. Our team works closely with colleagues in sales and services to create an exceptional experience for all guests.
About the Role
As a marketing logistics intern you will work with a team and learn about strategic problem solving, planning and implementing programs to drive awareness and accelerate customer demand at scale for an exciting and dynamic market.
Responsibilities
Ensures the center meets high expectations with regard to appearance, cleanliness, organization, functionality and overall quality experience. Work through the right teams or vendors to maintain this (janitorial, facilities, IT, etc.)
Personalize customer collateral and welcome screens. Supports the pre and post evaluations
Owns the IT/ CXC Calendar and updates weekly. Responsible for all logistics related to briefings and other events (i.e., catering, badges, name/tent cards, room set-up including A/V, agendas)
Communicates guidelines, timelines and procedures to Briefing Engagement Managers for successful execution of logistical requirements.
Manages the calendar for the Executive Briefing Center and supports scheduling of center needs (Facilities, IT, Security, and other outside vendors)
Updates Briefing Source nightly to reflect where we are in the scheduling process, allowing anyone to seamlessly take over the scheduling responsibilities, if necessary
Must operate and be comfortable assisting with A/V equipment, and basic troubleshooting
Coordinates catering for all engagements/events, including the setup/breakdown and cleanup. Also manages all catering procurement details (coordination of delivery, collection of receipts, and recording billing information). May research potential event locations and evaluate.
Provides concierge style service to all customers; meet and greet customers as they arrive at reception and escort/direct them to their assigned suite/room as well as assist with any ad hoc requests (local restaurants/take out, hotels, theaters, etc.)
Is able to answer the CXC inbox; support questions from the Field or others.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree, to which you will return to in Fall 2025
Graduation date of December 2025 - July 2026
Able to commit to full time internship program for 12 weeks during summer of 2025
Course work or internship in product/solutions marketing or product strategy at a technology company or finance, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting or BI/analytics
Other Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; time management skills are critical
Attention to detail in all areas; spelling and writing are of importance
Ability to anticipate the needs of the department and customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $41,600 USD - $135,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $39,500 USD - $135,000 USD
