We need motivated, punctual, and reliable student employees to support Shared Research Operations (SRO) in our lab spaces including:
Analysis Research Service Center (ARSC)
Nanofabrication Research Service Center (NRSC)
We have several openings for year-round positions.
Our facilities operate 24/7.
We modify your work shift each semester to fit around your coursework.
Students typically work 15-25hrs/wk during the Spring and Fall Semesters and up to 40hrs/wk (when not enrolled) during the summer terms.
Pay starts at $14/hr with potential for both merit and longevity-based raises.
This position reports to Dr. Casey Smith, Manager of Shared Research Operations
Employees are evaluated annually via self and permanent staff ranking in several performance categories with a face to face meeting to discuss kudos as well as areas for improvement.
