Supply Chain Management Intern
Acutronic is looking for a Supply Chain Management intern to join our team in Austin, Texas. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, detail oriented, and currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management.
Supply Chain Management Intern
Your Roles/Responsibilities:
- Assist with supply chain coordination activities with engineering, program management, and operations
- Work with logistics to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Review and expedite purchase orders as necessary
- Research strategic suppliers to assure reliable low-cost procurement
- Perform basic inventory management
- Assist in analyzing supply chain processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Help manage inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment
Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with supply chain software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
