SHC MedCats Clinic Volunteer Program Coordinator

The SHC MedCats Clinic Volunteer Program Coordinator will perform the following duties: 

• promote volunteer program & update program documents as needed. 
• review volunteer applications & interview applicants.
• Meet with MedCats SHC staff supervisor team.
• Plan and schedule orientation sessions.
• Plan and schedule volunteer meetings.
• Review volunteer requirements for each trainee 
• Update & file paperwork for each trainee.
• Schedule volunteer work shifts & record volunteer work hours.
• Create and implement surveys for feedback about the program.
• Report survey findings to MedCats SHC staff supervisor team.
• Create and deliver Certificate of Service and letter of appreciation for each volunteer.

Required: Texas State student, Skilled at using Word, Outlook, TEAMs.

Preferred: Skilled at using Qualtrics

Wage: $11.00 an hour/16 hours a week

Start Date: June 15, 2024
