Office Assistant-Housing Facilities Services

Greeting internal and external customers. Answering phones, transferring calls and taking detailed messages for staff. Responsible for accurate filing, data entry, typing, running errands, sort and deliver mail. Check in/out keys to staff and vendors. Enter work orders for keys, locks, maintenance and laundry. Perform key inventory. Other duties as assigned.
Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, telephone etiquette, operate basic office equipment, fax, scan. GPA requirement: 2.25 or higher. Must be on time and maintain a consistent schedule. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must work well with others and have good organizational skills.
Must maintain enrollment in at least 6 semester credit hours to qualify.
