About the Opportunity:

  • Pay Rate: $19.42/hour on W2, plus invaluable networking opportunities

Responsibilities:

As a Campus Event Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the WFAW Campus Program during peak seasons for student-oriented events. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with college students during new student and transfer orientations, fostering connections, and showcasing how Wells Fargo can support their financial journey.
  • Representing Wells Fargo at on-campus events, providing valuable information on financial wellness resources, processes, and products.
  • Facilitating the linkage of Wells Fargo accounts with campus resources to enhance student financial empowerment.

Training:

Embark on your journey with comprehensive training designed to set you up for success:

  • Phase 1: Dive into a 4-hour training session encompassing approximately 8 engaging modules, each lasting 15-20 minutes. (Conducted at a Wells Fargo Branch)
  • Phase 2: Immerse yourself in 3 days of job-specific training to hone your skills and expertise.
