Medical Assistant

We are looking for motivated healthcare students in their gap year looking for a full time medical assistant position.

If you are interested in the medical field, whether as a prospective medical student or as a person interested in starting their career in a medical office, this is a great opportunity.

We are an independent cardiology practice looking to hire a motivated and personable medical assistant. 

Job function will include:

Rooming patients, taking vitals and medical history, performing EKG, scheduling patients, uploading documents, sending records, answering phones.

Previous experience preferred but not required.

We are fully electronic and proficient computer and multitasking skills will be required.

requirements:

-full time commitment for at-least 1 year starting in June 2024

-must be willing to travel to satellite clinics in bastrop and seguin 2-4 times per month
