Youth and Parent Helpline Intern

  At the Texas Youth and Parent Helpline, we are offering an internship where primary tasks/assignments consist of answering phone calls, texts, and chats from at-risk youth and their parents/families that are received daily. Interns are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly when answering phone calls, texts, and chats. Other duties consist of helping with office responsibilities like mailouts, researching addresses, and organizing/distributing Texas Youth Helpline materials. Interns may also have the opportunity observe and work closely with the Texas Youth Helpline staff on different outreach projects and assignments such as presentations and community events.
