Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and driven professionals to join our Missouri City Clinic! Essential Speech and ABA Therapy is a rapidly growing private therapy program for young children with Autism. With locations in Katy, Missouri City, and Pearland, we offer Speech, ABA, and Occupational Therapy all under one roof!

We are looking for individuals with childcare experience and a passion for working with children! Individuals who join the team will be extensively trained to become a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist! Behavior technicians/ABA Therapists use procedures to conduct one-on-one therapy with children with Autism under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Under the BCBA's supervision, therapists also collect and analyze data to track client progress.

Children in our program enjoy fun activities like songs and circle time, sensory table activities, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and more!

Our Ideal Candidate has:
-A passion for and experience with working with young children
-Basic knowledge of Autism and interest in learning about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to take direction and work on a team
-Enthusiastic and energetic personality
-Ability to learn quickly and implement new skills

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting
-Collect and record data on client behavior
-Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
-Assist BCBAs with parent trainings
