What you’ll do
Blackbaud Internship Program, an immersive summer internship for the future leaders of social good.
Throughout the duration of this remote, 12- week internship program (May-August), students will gain exposure to Blackbaud’s technology, business and culture while participating in a robust program curriculum including:
- Participation in the robust O.N.E. [Onboard, Network, Engage] Onboarding Program
- Meaningful and strategic project alignment
- Training and Development workshops
- Assigned mentorship
- Senior speaker series
- Career coaching and progression planning
- Opportunities to attend company-wide meetings and social impact events
- Final presentation showcasing contributions and learnings with various Blackbaud leaders
Outside of the programmatic elements involved across all participating interns, there will be high priority job responsibilities within each specific business or technology group. Possible tracks to be considered for includes:
Engineering, Cyber Security & Corporate IT, UX Design, Finance & Accounting, People & Culture/HR, Marketing, Sales and Corporate Impact. Projects will be assigned based of Blackbaud priorities and are designed to set each intern up for an inclusive, impactful, and challenging learning environment.
What you’ll bring
- Enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program or enrolled in a 4+1 Master’s program
- Rising Junior or Senior during summer 2024
- No GPA requirements
- Demonstrated communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate in a remote environment
- Fresh perspectives, ideas, and enthusiasm
- Driven to solve problems; able to prioritize on the fly
- Additional skills required depending on business track
- Student Organization and/or community involvement preferred
