Health Information Management Student Assistant

The purpose of the HIM Staff is to assist with the daily operation of the department. This position will assist with scanning documents into the EMR, answering the phone, assist patients with medical records related questions over the phone or in person at the HIM window. Assisting with referrals, shredding, routing faxes to providers according to HIM procedures and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external SHC customers.
