Undergraduate Processing Support Specialists
Undergraduate Admissions is currently accepting applications from undergraduate students for part-time positions during the Summer and beyond!
Individuals are needed to assist with the intake, imaging, and processing of documents. Student must also learn new processes and adapt to changing workflow requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Student must be dependable, organized, self-motivated, a team player, flexible, professional, friendly, fast-learner, punctual, and an analytical thinker.
- They must have excellent attention to detail, be able to take direction, accurate keyboarding/data entry skills, communicate effectively, a serious work ethic, proficient in Microsoft Office and be enthusiastic about Texas State.
- Student must enroll in at least six semester credit hours in the fall and spring semesters unless the student is in the last semester of enrollment.
