Transfer Ambassador

We are seeking dedicated Transfer Ambassadors who will serve as valuable resources for incoming and current transfer students at TXST. As a Transfer Ambassador, your main objective will be to connect with transfer students, offering guidance and support as they integrate into the TXST community and engage in the various services and programs available at the university.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with Transfer Center programming, such as leading presentations, mentoring first-year transfer students, and representing the Transfer Center in both on-campus and virtual initiatives designed to engage Community College students.

In your role as a Transfer Ambassador, you will lead by example, actively promoting academic success. You will organize regular on-campus study hours, providing a space for fellow transfer students to join you. We strongly encourage Transfer Ambassadors who are involved in on-campus research, student organizations, or other aspects of campus life to share their experiences with incoming students and help them connect with these opportunities.
