IT Student Worker | Summer 2023
Responsible for providing technical systems support for the University Advancement division.
- Provide technical assistance to staff
- Train staff members to employ available technology effectively
- Respond to and resolve problems with various computer applications and processes
- Assist in installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of application software,hardware and computer deployment
- Prepare documentation for use by UA division
- Management of technology within the division
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- experience providing technical support
- experience installing, configuring, upgrading and maintenance of application software
- experience with VB and JavaScript preferred
- Knowledge of SQL script, Tableau, Crystal Reports and APIs
