Brewbike Overview

Brewbike is changing the future of business for the future of all of us. We launch lean student- run coffee retail businesses on college campuses across the country. In the process, we’re equipping and enabling the next generation of American entrepreneurs. Brewbike was founded in 2016 by undergrads at Northwestern University. Since then, we’ve expanded to campuses nationwide, and trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs.













Job Overview

We know looks aren’t everything, but when it comes to our retail units, it sure does help. Brewbike is a student run, retail coffee business that is relaunching this Spring. We are looking to add a Front of House Manager to our team that can help make sure our retail locations are operating in tip-top shape. 
 












The Nitty Gritty

Job Title: Front of House Manager
Comp: $14/hr
Time Commitment: 12 Hours/Week
Location: Texas State University
Job Type: Part Time

You Should Apply For This Role if You:
  • Feel confident delegating jobs and making sure tasks are being completed 
  • Customer service is your middle name
  • Like to train and equip people to do their jobs efficiently and effectively
  • Love the smell of coffee
  • Are able to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee retail locations to ensure cleanliness and high quality
  • Manage an oversight checklist and process
  • Observe shifts, taste products, and provide feedback
  • Continuously improve set-up and aesthetics of retail locations
  • Work with COO/Head of Product to manage food and beverage offerings
  • Create and manage barista processes via checklists
  • Provide training, assistance, and feedback to baristas 
  • Support CPO in hiring and managing schedules
