Brewbike Overview

Brewbike is changing the future of business for the future of all of us. We launch lean student- run coffee retail businesses on college campuses across the country. In the process, we’re equipping and enabling the next generation of American entrepreneurs. Brewbike was founded in 2016 by undergrads at Northwestern University. Since then, we’ve expanded to campuses nationwide, and trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs.











Job Overview

We’re looking for a Campus CPO (Chief People Officer) to help us build/manage a strong team and create/cultivate the Brewbike culture on campus. Brewbike is a student-run, retail coffee business that will be relaunching this upcoming Spring. If you’re interested in pursuing anything in the HR world, the Campus CPO role would be the perfect fit for you.

Job Title: Campus CPO
Comp: $14/hr
Time Commitment: 15 Hours/Week
Location: Texas State University

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build a strong Brewbike team; create and maintain company culture
  • Manage all hiring processes
  • Manage barista scheduling; ensure all shifts are covered
  • Schedule and manage barista onboarding and trainings
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings 
  • Manage and track employee metrics (e.g., call-outs and schedule changes)
  • Plan and conduct check-ins with team members to give and receive feedback
  • Create and lead projects with clear goals and deadlines
  • Manage and verify completion of the team’s Food Safety certifications
  • Facilitate conversations between management team, barista team, and production team
  • Perform role of Front of House as necessary
