Brewbike Overview

Brewbike is changing the future of business for the future of all of us. We launch lean student- run coffee retail businesses on college campuses across the country. In the process, we’re equipping and enabling the next generation of American entrepreneurs. Brewbike was founded in 2016 by undergrads at Northwestern University. Since then, we’ve expanded to campuses nationwide, and trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs.














Job Overview

Are you someone who loves organization and efficiency? (S/O to our detailed & organized folks. The “not-as-organized” wouldn’t survive without you). Well, if this sounds like you, then our Campus COO role will be the perfect fit. Brewbike is a student run, retail coffee operation that will be relaunching this Spring. We’re currently looking for a student to join our team to help manage daily operations as our Campus COO.
 













The Nitty Gritty

Job Title: Campus COO
Comp: $15/hr
Time Commitment: 15 Hours/Week
Location: Texas State University
Job Type: Part Time

You Should Apply For This Role if You:
  • Have extremely good task management skills- like we’re talkin’ juggling 10 balls at a time and knowing the name, shape and speed that they all travel type of task management skills
  • Almost shed a tear of joy when you see a beautiful, color coordinated chart 
  • Are fueled by the word “organization”
  • Have very high levels of communication skills
  • Aren’t satisfied with “good enough”
  • Are efficient
  • Are data-driven and understand the importance of key metrics to track for optimal results
  • Can identify inefficiencies and find creative solutions to improve systems
  • Are able to lift up to 30lbs

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage daily operations of retail locations on campus
  • Manage operations team, if applicable
  • Manage retail location inventory
  • Manage kitchen inventory
  • Organize and maintain storage space, including refrigerators
  • Assist CPO with operations team hiring processes
  • Enforce food safety processes and ensure retail location and kitchen cleanliness
  • Create and lead projects with clear goals and deadlines
  • Maintain retail location equipment 
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Perform role of Head of Product as necessary
