Brewbike Overview

Brewbike is changing the future of business for the future of all of us. We launch lean student- run coffee retail businesses on college campuses across the country. In the process, we’re equipping and enabling the next generation of American entrepreneurs. Brewbike was founded in 2016 by undergrads at Northwestern University. Since then, we’ve expanded to campuses nationwide, and trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs.










Job Overview

Imagine becoming the CEO of a business before you even graduate. Yeah, you read that right, C-E-O. Brewbike is a 100% student-run, retail coffee business that will be launching this upcoming Spring. We are currently looking for a dedicated student that will lead and manage all things Brewbike on campus. Job Title: Campus CEO
Comp: $15/hr
Time Commitment: 15 Hours/Week

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Lead and manage the campus leadership team
  • Serve as main point of contact for Chartwells/University once the business has launched
  • Manage campus issue log
  • Create and lead projects with clear goals and deadlines
  • Projects may focus on new sales pipelines, increasing revenue at retail locations, improving customer retention or experience, improving operations, etc.
  • Delegate to resolve immediate issues
  • Send a weekly update email to the entire team
  • Ensure safety; enforce all food safety procedures and regulations
  • Ensure quality; enforce consistency in customer service and products
  • Manage local vendor (e.g., local bakery) relationships
  • Drive growth on campus; grow one bike to multiple revenue sources (micro-retail, wholesale, etc.)
