Program Director
Skyhawks is seeking a highly self-motivated individual with strong coaching, management and organization skills. The newly hired Program Director will be responsible leading the staff of an after-school program with more than 50 children.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a charismatic leader as well as a strong team player. You must have a passion for youth development and recreational athletics. You must be willing and able to coach programs.
General Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, lead, motivate and manage your staff
- Handling customer and community relations
- Coaching Programs
Requirements:
The following are specific attributes that are considered during our screening process:
- Proven management experience (
- Previous experience coaching youth
- Account management
- Athletic experience in a sport that we offer
- Ownership mentality, self-motivated
- Strategic thinker, responsive, energetic, flexible
- Excellent communication skills (public speaking, presentation, email, phone)
- Reliable mode of transportation with current driver’s license and ability to travel around the area
- Internet and computer skills are a must, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
