SLAC Lab Assistant | Work Study Spring 2023

The responsibilities of SLAC Lab Assistants are as follows:
- Maintaining the front desk and lab area
- Opening and closing the lab;
- Greeting SLAC guests
- Being familiar with as well as supporting SLAC and its policies
- Attending monthly training sessions
- Helping to create and maintain an effective learning environment at SLAC
- Knowing how to refer clients to the correct resources
- Knowing the SLAC tutors, subject, and schedules
- Being familiar with the library rules and policies
