Math Instructor (Part-Time) – Steiner Ranch

We are hiring a Math Instructor in Steiner Ranch who is passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic about helping kids succeed. This Instructor role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with students and want to make a meaningful impact through math.

No prior teaching experience is required — we provide paid training and will teach you everything else you need to know!

As a Math Instructor, you will deliver one-to-one and small-group instruction in a supportive learning center environment. You’ll help students build confidence, strengthen math skills, and develop a positive attitude toward learning.

What You Will Do

  • Provide engaging one-to-one and small-group instruction as a Math Instructor
  • Teach math concepts up to Algebra 2, including Geometry
  • Create a welcoming and motivating environment for students and families
  • Inspire students to build confidence and enjoy learning math
  • Track and communicate student progress with the Center Manager and team
  • Follow Mathnasium’s proven instructional methodology
  • Assist with daily center operations as needed
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and leadership

Requirements

  • Ability to teach math concepts up to Algebra 2, including Geometry
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and student-focused personality
  • Ability to connect with both parents and children
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in a long-term instructor or education-focused role

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time Instructor position with flexible hours.
Schedules vary by center but generally include:

  • Afternoon and evening shifts
  • Weekend availability

We are seeking candidates who can commit throughout the school year.
