The Huertas Lab at Texas State University is seeking an undergraduate research technician to assist with an aquatic toxicology experiment and routine fish care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with experimental exposure preparation, water quality monitoring, and data collection
  • Provide routine fish care, including feeding and aquarium maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Biology or related STEM major preferred
  • Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working with live fish
  • No previous research experience required; training will be provided

Schedule: Availability Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00–11:00 AM
