Freelance Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Partner for Established Austin Realtor
I am an experienced Realtor with more than 23 years in the Austin and surrounding Hill Country real estate markets. Strategic, high-quality marketing is essential to the success of my business, and I am looking for a talented creative professional who is interested in building a trusted, long-term working relationship.
For many years, I worked with one exceptional person who handled my graphic design, website needs, and digital marketing—and he recently retired. I am now searching for someone who can become my new go-to creative and marketing partner.
Most of our communication will take place through Zoom, email, text, and phone, although I would also like the opportunity to meet in person once or twice a year.
Responsibilities may include:
- Designing polished digital newsletters and property flyers
- Creating materials that can feature clickable video links and also be adapted for professional printing and direct mail
- Designing high-quality digital advertisements for listings and personal branding
- Creating attractive social media ads and posts for property marketing and self-promotion
- Working with Brevo—or being willing to learn the platform
- Working with Mailchimp and helping me strategically grow, organize, and market to my database
- Assisting with occasional website updates and other digital marketing needs
- Maintaining a consistent, sophisticated brand across all marketing channels
The right person will be creative, responsive, organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with me. Experience in luxury real estate marketing would be especially valuable, along with a strong eye for elegant, professional design.
Because this work may involve access to client information and other confidential business materials, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
