Teller Intern

Location hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-12pm. Scheduling is flexible within these hours; however,  this position requires availability to work an average of 20 hours per week. 

Job Requirements:                          

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail orientation
• Ability to multi-task
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Cash handling experience

Job Duties:                            

• Receive cash and checks for deposits, verify amounts, and examine checks for proper documentation.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals; pay out money after verification of signature and customer balances.
• Promote and explain other financial institution services.
• Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds.
• Count, check and package coins and currency.
• Balances cash drawer at the end of shift and compares totaled amounts to system.
• Check night depository bags and record proper information on the correct forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
