Position Overview: As a Front Desk & Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face that greets every guest, helps them navigate our services, and ensures they have an exceptional experience. You'll also be a crucial part of our sales team, introducing guests to our exciting offerings, whether in-person or over the phone. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Being comfortable with phone call sales is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Welcome and check in members, manage waivers, and direct guests to the appropriate areas.
• Sales & Memberships: Answer questions about classes, memberships, and promotions; handle membership sign-ups and sales calls.
• Event Coordination: Assist with birthday parties, camps, and special events.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
