We're a small business looking for our first client-facing hire. You'll cold call English- and Spanish-speaking businesses, bring in new clients, and keep them happy.
What you'll do
- Cold call and email English- and Spanish-speaking businesses to find new clients
- Be the main point of contact for clients who prefer Spanish
- Translate between our English-speaking crew, vendors, and Spanish-speaking clients (phone, email, and in person)
- Quote jobs, negotiate pricing, and keep track of every lead and project
- Follow up with past clients for repeat and referral work
- Post for us on social media in both languages and make simple graphics in Canva
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people all day
- Thick skin — you'll hear "no" a lot before you hear "yes," and that can't slow you down
- Organized enough that nothing gets lost
- Willing to figure things out on your own and ask when you're stuck
