Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our modern, fee-for-service dental practice in North Austin. This is a Part-time or full-time opportunity for someone who values quality care, strong team culture, and a well-organized work environment.

Our practice focuses on delivering high-quality dental care with the latest technology. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient education and periodontal health. You will work closely with the doctor and team to provide exceptional care in a supportive and professional setting.

We support you with a full-time hygiene assistant, so you can focus on providing great patient care—not juggling it all on your own. If you love creating positive patient experiences, working collaboratively, and delivering care that makes a difference, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and assessments
  • Identify and communicate treatment needs to support case acceptance
  • Take and review digital X-rays and other diagnostic information
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in Open dental
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term treatment goals
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Provide a comfortable, high-quality patient experience at every visit
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70/hour plus a $5,000 signing bonus!!
  • Monthly bonus opportunity (production & performance-based)

Requirements

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (Texas)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Solid understanding of periodontal disease and hygiene protocols
  • Knowledge of infection control standards and clinical documentation
  • Open to new graduates.
