Art or Science Teacher

Part Time Elementary After School Art & Science Teacher position requires experience working with elementary age children in groups. Elementary aged children are 5-12 years of age. Teachers do need a high school diploma or equivalent. This position is part time and is the perfect after school job for college students that have an interest in art or science or becoming a teacher.

 The after school art or science class lasts one hour and teachers will be compensated $30 for the one hour elementary class. Each teacher can teach one after school class per day making this position very part time. Teachers must be available at least 2 days after school to elementary campuses on Monday through Thursday. Teachers should be available by 2 pm to travel to local elementary schools. The after school art and science classes are located at elementary schools throughout the Austin area. Science and art teachers must have a fun personality and be excited to work with children. 

All elementary science and art content training will be provided to teachers. All supplies will be provided for the after school teachers.

Salary: $35.00 to $40.00 /instruction
