House Manager Nanny

House Manager & Nanny (Part-Time) 

Location: Austin, TX 78757
Schedule: 4 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Start Dates: Sep 14
Compensation: $25/hour

We’re looking for a responsible, energetic, and engaging student to assist with our son's school pickup, activities and personal assistant tasks. This is a part-time role daily, with some accommodations possible for classwork / career activities as needed. 

We live in Brentwood, approx 10 min north of the University of Texas campus. 

Responsibilities:

• Pick up our son from school and help build his homework and chore skills
• Prepare his dinner and encourage creative activities (no TV)
• Help teach basic life skills like:
  
  
  • Light meal prep (e.g., snacks, sandwiches)
  • Doing laundry (sorting, folding, putting away clothes)
  • Pet Care
     
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
• Run errands and at-home tasks to support household needs (groceries, car washes, dishwasher,  etc)
   
• Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with elementary age children
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• Comfortable supervising swimming and outdoor activities
• Reliable, caring, and hands-on
• Comfortable with pets
• CPR/First Aid certification and interest in sports a plus
