Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Services Professional, you will be responsible for helping clients evaluate their financial priorities and take action toward their goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, families, business owners, and referral partners.
  • Develop a pipeline through networking, referrals, community involvement, and professional relationships.
  • Gather financial information and help identify client needs related to protection, retirement, investments, and long-term planning.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance, investment, and financial strategies aligned with each client’s goals and circumstances.
  • Provide ongoing service, follow-up, and relationship management to support client confidence and retention.
  • Participate in training, licensing, coaching, mentorship, and professional development activities.

  • Willingness to obtain required licenses, if not already licensed.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, follow-through, and commitment to consistent daily activity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, depending on firm requirements.
