Pay: Starts at $19/hr (based on experience) + overtime opportunities
Bonus: $200 after completing the first 15 shifts with professionalism and perfect attendance (no call-outs, late arrivals, or no-shows)

Party at the Moontower is the essential provider of the Austin event experience—making our mark through fun, modern-eclectic event rentals, design, and fabrication. Think dreamy weddings, high-energy corporate events, festivals, and everything in between.

We’re looking for energetic, reliable crew members to help us deliver excellence for our clients. Our high event season runs from September 9, 2026 - December 1, 2026.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely load and unload rental furniture, backdrops, and custom pieces at our Austin warehouse and venues around town
  • Set up and tear down items such as tables, chairs, sofas, décor, backdrops, flooring, and lighting
  • Clean rental items before/after events, both in the warehouse and onsite
  • Follow event layout plans for precise placement
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Represent our company with professionalism and ensure a positive client experience
  • Assist in the warehouse with vehicle upkeep, errands, cleaning, and organization
  • Help ensure on-time deliveries, setups, and pickups for clients

The Details

  • Type: Seasonal (September – December, possible future opportunities)
  • Hours: 10–20+ hours/week, depending on event volume & your schedule
  • Location: Start each shift at our Austin warehouse, travel to event sites with the delivery staff

  • Valid Texas driver’s license & safe driving record (preferred)

  • Professional appearance & punctuality
  • Event setup or installation experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
