Fall 2026 Work Study | IT Student Worker

Responsible for updating data in the Alumni/donor database of records in addition to duties below:

• Data entry
• Duplicate management of constituent records
• Perform data refreshes for Luminate Online according to schedule
• Perform imports from Luminate Online via Omatic 
• Assist with user technical support request tickets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage large datasets
• Ability to work independently and proactively complete processes based on a predetermined schedule.
• Experience with databases
• Computer Science background preferred
• Experience providing technical support preferred
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading and maintenance of application software preferred
• Experience with SQL script, JavaScript and APIs preferred

Other Information:

• Minimum hour requirement: 8-10 hours/week
• Direct Supervisor - David Stevens - Advancement Services
• Employee evaluation process - Students will be evaluated at the end of each long semester.
• Payrate determination - All student employees are paid $12/hour in University Advancement.
