What You’ll Do

● Drive to assigned properties in the Bryan/College Station area (typically 10–20 stops per day) using your personal vehicle. 

● Take exterior property photos and record details using our mobile app.

● Access single-story roofs using a standard ladder when required and safe to do so.

● Territory is compact—estimated business travel is 75 to 150 business miles per week within a one hour radius.

What We’re Looking For

● Currently enrolled students in their sophomore or junior year seeking flexible, part-time work.

● Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.

● Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.

● Comfort using a ladder for single-story roof inspections and lifting up to 50 lbs.

● Personal computer (Windows-based) with internet access.

● Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Schedule

● Hours: 10 – 20 hours/week | Part-Time (W-2).

● Schedule: Flexible hours Monday through Saturday. No overnight travel.
