Together Design & Build is a design-build remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations in Austin. We take projects from first sketch to final reveal, and every job site is packed with transformation moments that deserve to be seen. That's where you come in.
The Role
We're looking for an outgoing, camera-loving content creator to become the face of our brand online. This is not a behind-a-desk social media job. You'll be on camera, on job sites, and in the middle of the action every day: filming, creating, and building an audience around the work we do.
Your bottom line mission: grow Together Design & Build's online presence and attract our ideal clients: homeowners planning high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Be the on-camera personality for our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content
- Film ads and branded content from scripts provided by our marketing agency
- Drive to active job sites to capture behind-the-scenes footage, B-roll, and project transformations
- Edit short-form videos in CapCut — cuts, captions, trending audio, and graphics
- Talk with our project managers and crews to find stories worth telling and brainstorm fun content ideas
- Stay on top of what's trending across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and move fast to jump on formats that fit our brand
- Post consistently and engage with our audience across platforms
What We're Looking For
The two things that matter most:
- You're extremely comfortable and outgoing on camera. Talking to a lens feels natural to you. You have personality, energy, and zero stage fright.
- You live and breathe social trends. You know what's working on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook right now — not last month — and you can adapt trends to a brand.
Also great to have:
- Basic video editing experience (CapCut or similar)
- A reliable way to get to job sites around the Austin area
- Self-starter energy — you'll have creative freedom and ownership of the content calendar
- Interest in home design, construction, or renovation is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the industry
