Assist administrative assistants in department with various projects. 

Reception area duties include: answering phones, taking detailed messages, and greeting visitors. Responsible for sorting and distributing mail, copying, and general office duties to include walking to various on-campus offices on a regular basis. 

 

Requirements:

Must have been awarded Federal Work Study

Candidate must speak English clearly and have telephone etiquette

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Have general office skills, including operation of basic office equipment
