Pack N' Go Movers LLC is hiring hardworking, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our nationwide Student Housing Move-In Teams for the month of August.

This is a unique opportunity to travel, work with great teams, help thousands of students move into college housing, and earn excellent money during one of the busiest seasons of the year.

Job Description

As a Student Move-In Specialist, your primary responsibility will be assisting college students and their families during move-in week at universities and student housing communities across the United States.

Your day will consist of:

• Greeting students and families
• Unloading vehicles
• Loading belongings into large movers boxes on wheels
• Transporting belongings to elevators and dorm rooms
• Unloading items into student rooms
• Returning to assist the next student
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout the day

This is a physically active position that requires teamwork, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Unloading student vehicles

✔ Loading belongings into movers boxes

✔ Transporting belongings throughout campus housing

✔ Navigating elevators and hallways

✔ Assisting students and families

✔ Providing exceptional customer service

✔ Working as part of a large team

✔ Maintaining professionalism while representing Pack N' Go Movers

Schedule

• Seasonal Position
• July-August Move-In Season
• Multiple Project Locations Nationwide
• Typical shifts are 10–12 hours per day
• Several consecutive workdays during move-in week

CompensationBase Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and location.

• And other markets nationwide

Travel opportunities may be available depending on project needs.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be able to lift 75–100 pounds intermittently
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have a positive attitude
• Work well in team environments
• Maintain professionalism around students and families
• Be able to pass a background screening if required by the client or property

Previous moving experience is helpful but not required.

We will train motivated individuals.
