Job Description:
As a member of our Brand Ambassador team, you'll represent Kosterina and play a key role in growing the business in retail locations like Whole Foods Market. You'll bring our story to life through in-store demos and field marketing events, helping shoppers connect with our products and mission.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, interactive setting and is passionate about health, food, and wellness. You'll need to speak confidently about our products, engage customers with ease, and embody the Kosterina brand with enthusiasm.
What You'll Do:
- Lead in-store demos and share the Kosterina story with new customers
- Oversee product merchandising, sampling, and inventory during events
- Hit performance goals like conversion and customer engagement
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine future campaigns
- Submit quick demo recaps (including sample counts) within 1–2 days
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication in all interactions
- Capture demo content for Kosterina's social channels (when applicable)
Job Requirements:
- Flexible availability for demos (including evenings/weekends)
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Passion for wellness and premium food products (olive oil lovers welcome!)
- Prior demo or field marketing experience a plus
- Must have a vehicle to travel to events
Compensation & Perks:
- $25/hr for 4-hour shifts (travel time reimbursed)
