Midday Classroom Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a caring, reliable Midday Classroom & Behavior Support Assistant to support our team during lunch, classroom transitions, and nap time. (Ideally 10:30am-2:30pm)
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in behavior support and the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field.
What You’ll Do
- Support teachers during lunch and classroom transitions
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe, positive environment
- Assist with nap time routines (settling children, maintaining a calm atmosphere)
- Provide gentle behavior support and guidance
- Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and running smoothly
Training & Growth Opportunity
We provide on-the-job training in behavior support strategies, with opportunities to learn skills used in the ABA field.
Staff may also be trained and supported in pursuing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, a widely recognized entry point into behavioral therapy and ABA careers.
No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow!
