Marketing Generalist Intern
About the role : Marketing Generalist Intern
Capillary's US marketing team is small, scrappy, and moves fast. We need a versatile intern who can jump between designing a customer-ready deck on Monday, running point on a Nashville conference Tuesday, and cleaning up our HubSpot campaign attribution Wednesday.
If you want to learn every part of B2B SaaS marketing instead of just one slice, this is your role.
What you'll do
- Decks & design: Build and refine sales decks, customer pitch decks, exec presentations, and event collateral (Google Slides, Figma, PowerPoint). Your work will be seen by Fortune 500 CMOs.
- Event coordination: Help run our field events, webinars, and trade show presence — logistics, vendor coordination, attendee lists, swag, on-site support
- Marketing ops: CRM hygiene, campaign UTM tracking, basic reporting in HubSpot/Salesforce, list management
- Content support: Format blog posts, repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn/social, proofread
- Use AI ruthlessly to ship 3x faster than the role traditionally demands
You're a fit if
- You're a junior/senior undergrad or recent grad in marketing, communications, design, or business
- You have a strong visual eye — share a portfolio, even if it's just school projects or a personal site
- You're obsessively organized and can juggle 6 things without dropping any
- You're already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Canva AI, etc.) and want to push them further
- You're genuinely curious about how B2B SaaS companies grow — not just looking for any internship
- You're authorized to work in the US
What you'll get
- Exposure across every marketing function — find out what you actually love before you commit to a specialization
- Real ownership of events, not just "shadowing"
- Mentorship from the marketing leadership team
- Strong path to a full-time offer based on performance
