Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Type: Full-Time | In-Person + Field-Based

Locations: Oak Hill (78735) & Great Hills (78759), Austin TX

Reports To: Owner / General Manager

Compensation: Based on experience + performance bonus

Start Date: Immediate / As Soon As Possible


 

About Graze Craze Austin

Graze Craze Austin is a locally owned charcuterie brand with two locations serving the Austin metro area. We craft artisan charcuterie boards and boxes for corporate events, private celebrations, weddings, and everyday occasions. We're on a growth mission and we need a driven, creative, and organized coordinator to help us get there.


 

Role Overview

This is a ground-level, high-impact position. You'll be the engine behind our sales outreach, local partnerships, and guerrilla marketing initiatives. Half your time will be in the field — dropping off samples, building relationships, attending local networking events — and half will be behind a desk working your contact list, coordinating purchasing and delivery logistics, managing our CRM, and executing email campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Business Development

  • Cold call and email corporate prospects: office managers, HR directors, executive assistants from our database 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of recurring B2B accounts (monthly board orders, corporate gifting, catering events)
  • Pitch and close realtor closing gift partnerships, venue preferred vendor agreements, and HOA/apartment complex relationships
  • Drop off sample boards and one-pagers to targeted businesses 3–4 days per week
  • Attend Austin Chamber, BNI, and networking events on behalf of the brand


 

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Own the CRM — log every call, update contact records, track follow-up tasks, and manage deal stages
  • Segment and maintain the contact database; identify warm leads, lapsed customers, and high-value prospects
  • Report weekly pipeline metrics to ownership


 

Marketing Execution

  • Execute seasonal email campaigns (Admin Professionals Day, Mother's Day, Back to School, Holiday, Valentine's Day)
  • Manage social media profiles & posts for both locations
  • Coordinate win-back campaigns and referral program outreach to past customers
  • Submit PR pitches to Austin Business Journal, local podcasts, and community outlets
  • Manage Nextdoor, Thumbtack, and The Knot business profiles


 

Partnership & Event Marketing

  • Identify and approach complementary businesses (wine shops, florists, gift retailers) for cross-promotion
  • Represent Graze Craze at farmers markets, pop-ups, and community events
  • Coordinate sample drops and charity auction donations


 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal communication comfortable cold calling and walking into businesses unannounced
  • Organized and self-directed; can manage a full pipeline without daily supervision
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Attio, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Comfortable with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for food, local business, and the Austin community
  • Bonus: existing Austin business network, experience in food/hospitality, or event planning background
