Who we’re looking for:
Perry Facilities is seeking a proven Facilities Supply Outside Sales Executive for the Austin, Texas area. If you are self-motivated, dedicated and can provide phenomenal customer service coupled with a passion for contributing directly to the bottom line of a fast-moving organization, this is the position for you!

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
About the Role:
As a Facilities Supply Outside Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base in the Austin and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for both developing new business and managing relationships with current clients. This includes prospecting, consulting, and closing sales in collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within the field, while working with other branch associates to sell our products, services, and solutions.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.
- Perform various duties including product quotation and problem resolution. Analyzes competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicates sales strategy to management.
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews to ensure client success.
Qualifications:
- A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, build relationships and enjoy a team environment.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Problem solving, leadership and listening skills General digital literacy Self-Motivator, ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
